Tonight, going to the gym to workout. Going to do 3 sets of 8 reps at 225 lbs on the bench press, 1 set of 10 reps at 185lbs on the Incline. Run a mile on the treadmill, hopefully right at 7 mins and do a mile on the Elipical hopefully at 13 mins. If I accomplish all of this, next week I will take my weights up 10-20 lbs on everything.
