I started eating better yesterday. I'm pretty determined to continue for the rest of the two weeks . I'm currently following the South Beach Diet (Phase I). I also started doing Yoga tonight. I think it's a good combination. My work has been really stressful so I'm hoping to get some relaxation and stress relief during my class.
