have an interview today at gabes nervous trying not to be anxious apperhensive is how i feel i really like the wii i still need to get to the bank to cancell la fittness my calories were high yesterday trying recipes from spark people i now to recheck the calorie count dont know how the interview went im going to try to keep my calories around thirteen to fifteen hundred
136.1 lb Lost so far: 3.9 lb.    Still to go: 6.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
