i hurt my hernia omg too much my stomach is full and very uncomfortable i dont think ill ever lose a pound scary i have something screwed up probably the exercise part wow im happy but have a doubt
137.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
