I feel like I have staled in my weight loss. I have been 20_ since before Thanksgiving now. I just want out of the 200's and I am getting frustrated.

I know its a process and my body is gonna do what its gonna do, but I wish it would do it faster.

I need to really step up the exercise routine the rest of this month. I have not been doing it every day since the holidays. It is more hit and miss, with exercising on average 3 times a week, where it use to be 6.

My goal for the rest of this month is to get those last 2.4 pounds gone and get in the 190's.
202.2 lb Lost so far: 47.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing great! I can hardly wait until I am knocking on the "190's" door. 3 times a week for exercise is still very good. Keep up the great effort!
