I love that when you weigh in, the system asks you how closely you followed your eating plan. Obviously, if my weight is up, I didn't follow it very closely. I never even hit the 10 pound mark. But I was SO CLOSE.

I therefore resolve, in front of my bff, to stop being apathetic and eat what I'm supposed to, because this is stinkin' ridiculous. It's amazing what we'll do to ourselves, how we'll sabotage ourselves, tell ourselves that "just one more" won't hurt, that we "deserve" it... WELL IT'S ALL A BUNCH OF BUNK, I TELL YA! I'm just sayin'...
248.0 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
