Stress Maybe. It's only gone up 100g though. Car possibly tampered with and school both raising my stress levels at present. Yes, stressed. It will go down again. Not concerned as food, cals, macros all in check as well as fibre, water, and sugar. Onwards and downwards. 😊
151.5 lb Lost so far: 59.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
