Am so excited I have never lost this much in a week with all those other diets. Am sticking to this one for ever. Though I had an MRE for lunch on Sunday and some cookies on Monday. Sunday was a bad day too coz I was moody and frustrated but I found out why Monday morning so am gd now. Plus God has been gd to me, he is making all my struggles go away Amen
167.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
