Augh v v bad weekend!!!! Need to stop letting my hair down so loosely! Now that I started my 10minute abs challenge I'm hoping to get the push I need! *fingers crossed*
179.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
