Got rid of the stress, acted on it, and did something relaxing to take my mind off things. Plus tummy has lost the bloating so finally cleared the food reaction from Tuesday. Weight dropped 300g back to 69 kg. You beauty. Onwards and downwards. ❤️
152.1 lb Lost so far: 58.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
