Up 300g overnight but down 400g for the week from last Sunday. Happy with that. If I look at this week overall, I ate the cornetto for brekky to celebrate being under the 70kg last Sunday, had a morning tea at work Tuesday where the healthiest food there was a fried rice. Unfortunately I Didn't check before I ate it and it must have had citrus in it. I had a reaction. So although moving the scales had the weight going up and down mid week, my metabolism would have been affected by my body trying to fix itself. blisters in mouth, throat and on body plus tummy upset with some wild noises coming from it still. lol. Plus I lost all energy. Feeling like its cleared or I'm on the end of it. It usually takes a week to clear fully. Ugh. More fool me.

Then yesterday I went out to lunch and chose carefully. Grilled salmon on sweet potato mash with asparagus and a side salad. It was yum but I imagine pan frying. and mash would have lots of added fat. I did overestimate cals and kept cals under 1200 yesterday but really fats too high and sodium. I definitely didnt drink enough water yesterday either.

So there's an explanation as far as I can see as to why my weight has been up and down this week. But overall its down but thats the main thing as far as I'm concerned. Weighing regularly every day helps me to identify how stress, food etc impact on my weight. Thats what I do. I know its not for everyone.

Measurement wise my hips, back and chest have gone down a larger amount this week. My arms are also sucking up fat and shrinking. Still in a size 10. So happy with that. BMI now 28.1 down from 41.7. Overall lost 33.4 kg now. No exercise. Onwards and downwards. ❤
152.8 lb Lost so far: 58.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
