I spent my workout routine but decreased my exercise activity by 15 minutes a day. But it bigger breakfast however, I either ate twice a day or earlier than normal.
271.1 lb Lost so far: 48.7 lb.    Still to go: 53.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
