Just got back to watching my diet and exercise after gaining back 10 pounds. I have been doing some research and found out that my body type doesn't process carbs very well so I will be using the LCHF diet. I also have POC which causes vitamin D deficiency which also makes it hard to loose weight but if u take supplements, it helps, so will also be starting with the supplements even though I hate taking pills aaahhhgg
