Weird for it t jump up 200g again especially being good all week. But I'll ride it out. Possibly another plateau. Although I've noticed size loss this week in my clothes so possibly one of those weeks where you lose size more than weight. All good. No need to be worried as I know I'm doing the right things. Onwards and downwards.
153.2 lb Lost so far: 57.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It may even be where I've moved the scales to. I put them sitting over 4 tiles, textured tiles at that. I might move them back downstairs on one tile again. They seem to be bouncing around when I'm trying to weigh since I moved them 2 days ago. I've tried to keep them on the flat but maybe it isn't flat. This morning I had them fluctuate from 69.1 to 69.8 before they settled on 69.5 but I had to step on and off about 6 times because they couldn't settle and kept turning off. I'll move them back tonight.

I think it could be a reason as my scale does that too. By the way I have just started following your journey and you are amazing. Congratulations on how far you have reached without working out or doing xoxo diets. Its truely inspirational! I am trying to get back to shape too with almost no time to exercise other than a short stroll here n there. I am watching my diet from last four months but my loss has been very very slow and inconsistent. I love how you could anticipate and know what food choices works for you. I need to learn that somehow. I could have exactly same food for weeks with different reading on scales every day. Any tips?

Could it be food combos. I keep carbs lighter after 3pm. Do you have enough water? Are there any hidden sugars in what you're eating? I.e. do not eat diet foods. steer clear of anything with numbers in it. I dont eat processed food if I can help it.

I keep hearing people say drink to thirst, but I know I loose more when I drink 3ltrs + but can't sustain it and then gain again :( I take minimal carbs but a good tip about processed food and I can't resist some dark chocolate after dinner. I will try cutting that out too. Thanks
