No gain or loss today. But this is expected. It takes 48 hours for sugar to convert to fat. I had the cornetto to celebrate being under the 70kg on Sunday morning, so I knew I had to lower my cals a bit and be good Monday and Tuesday. I was. It's if you continue having the bad food that it will cause your weight to go up. I had an 1100 cal day and a 900 cal day to follow. Ate light for dinner and more in the first half of the day to help my body metabolise with movement. Remember, juggling your cals up and down helps to get that metabolism moving too. Saying that I've eaten 3 meals a day and snacks. So I haven't starved. I'm never hungry. Which I think is awesome. It means I can concentrate on what I'm doing instead of thinking about food all the time. Onwards and downwards. 😜
153.2 lb Lost so far: 57.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
