8.4 POUNDS GAINED. Sounds horrible, but I'll take it. I had no way to weigh myself as I traipsed through Germany for the past 2 1/2 weeks, eating more than I should have and stuff I never eat, like pastry. I'm truly astonished it wasn't more. I imagine I didn't gain more only because I walked EVERYWHERE. had such a great time, too. And today, I recommit myself to keto.
