I'll stay positive. I've been sticking to my exercise plan consistently. I've also been pretty good at consuming less than my recommended daily intake. I'll have to look at my intake numbers and figure out why I'm heading in the wrong direction. I did slip a couple days...
214.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
