1877 kcal Fat: 45.36g | Prot: 101.52g | Carb: 274.24g.   Breakfast: Kretschmer Original Toasted Wheat Germ, Fat Free Skim Milk with Vitamins A & D, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Bananas , All Natural Lowfat Yogurt - Vanilla, 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal. Lunch: Sweet Relish, Chunk Light Tuna in Water, Light Mayonnaise, Peeled Mini Carrots, 100 Calorie Plain Bagels. Dinner: Reduced Fat Sour Cream, Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Side Salad (No Dressing), Young Green Onions (Tops Only), Light Asian Toasted Sesame Salad Dressing, Hickory Smoked Pulled Chicken in Barbeque Sauce, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten). Snacks/Other: Rice Crispy Treat, Fruit Parfait, Navels Oranges , Greek Style Nonfat Yogurt - Blueberry. more...
