gained 200grams.

would say due to portion size. have nt weigh food portions lately. started weighting food again today. not too stressed over a gain. just go back to basics and hope for better next weigh in.
258.4 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
