Exercise and eating under control!!! Weight dropping and feeling real good! Husband losing also and keen on extra exercise at the weekend. Mindset is good, just staying on track.
196.2 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.3 lb a week
