Had a blue moon last nite, didnt eat dinner, did great, I zumba tonite, curious to see how I do. Wont eat dinner like I did last time.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 67.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
