I went out on my bike ride, Not as far as l wanted to go, the guys l ride with were late, one of them has bought a new bike so everyone wanted to look at it and then they could only do an hour so it was a quick loop and back home, l can't complain though because l managed to burn another load of calories. Well I need to shower and think about what I am going to eat, chicken,rice and veg sounds about right. Catch up soon bye for now.
236.1 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
