I went to the doctor's at the local Polyclinic for consultation after I last saw her 3 months ago. & the medical staff took my weight & BMI measurements. It went down a whopping 3.3kg ~ Since the last time she saw me. My cholesterol is down to good levels without any medication too! ✌️✨
131.6 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
