Back to low... Wow... Down 1.2.. :)
175.2 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@ haley.. i think its a bigger deal for me b/c after my cheat days my weight would sky rocket and it would take me alllll week to get back to my low... this time around i been experimenting with my water intake and besides my cheat day weigh in being MUCH lower than it usually is, i was able to successfully drop all the extra weight much sooner than i have before...which is why my weight history looks like a staircase..lol stall, drop , stall, drop

Mine keeps stalling too! I drink really nothing but WATER! I sometimes have some grape juice and I drink milk in my carnation breakfast drnk but thats all!

@ haley.. i don't mind the slow steady, but i realized that once i started drinking less water (still 8 cups a day mind u) the weight wouldn't go anywhere... its crazy that now that i drink about 12-15 cups a day PLUS make sure i'm drinking on the weekend (my biggest issue) the weight stayed down... who woulda thunk
