Feeling better, thank you all for your encouragement.
I'm going to do this. Eating really healthy this week. No sweets for 4 days now. Just fruit. Here I gooooo!
204.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
