Here today 28-03-2012 , i've heerd of this through a friend and decided to give it a shot , to record my food intake since i've been following a 1200 or 1300 cal/day plan and trying to lose 6 KGs but they are really stubborn so i thought that sharing with someone would make it easier , hopefully i can do it in a amax. time of 2 month :)
167.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
