De Ja vu. Back to where I was last Saturday. 70.1 kg. 100g off my next goal. My weight tracker says Over 99% complete, and ahead of time. But I'm not there yet. It's a relief to see those numbers moving down again. We all accept plateaus are part of the journey but we still don't like them, especially when we feel we are not doing anything wrong, or anything different. As you can see from my previous blogs this week I was looking for reasons why. And so the mind games continue. Sometimes there's just no reason. You've followed the plan, been positive, and still those numbers go up or stay the same. As I've also said you have to ride it out. I jiggled the calories down for a few days to get the metabolism moving. High cal followed by low cal is another idea. High cal does not mean 1800 cals it means, for me, 1200 to 1400 cals. Anyway, no celebrations until I'm under the 70 kg, in the sixties. Onwards and downwards. ❤️
154.5 lb Lost so far: 56.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
