Yesterday I ate 3500 kcal - I probably ate AS MUCH AS I WANTED for the first time in the last 5 months. I must say I felt great, I was so HAPPY, I haven't been in such a good mood in a while. Dieting is still negatively affecting my mood. It still makes me misserabe, this constant feel of hunger is horrible.. And I am not even loosing weight anymore - I don't starve myself! I am just maintaining - I eat around 2000 kcal per day - this is a lot, but I still get hungry, it is never enough to make me feel satisfied! My apetite is still huge. Although I have lost 11 kg, it doesn't seem my stomack "shrinked". I can still eat a lot, and I enjoy eating a lot. I stopped at 3500 yesterday on purpose but I could easily eat much more.
I don't know why my body does not want to addapt to smaller portions :/
