Just trying to loose 8kg... it's much harder than it seems. I really like to eat :) And feeling hungry is not a nice feeling; for me it is hard to study or work when I am hungry. I wish my stomach would just "shrink" after a while so I wouldn't feel hungry even after eating less every day.
UPDATE: I've reached my goal weigh but I am struggling maintaining it. I feel hungry every day even when eating over 2000 kcal. It seems like my body just wants to be heavier and will never addapt to the new weight.
I am not really happy, I wish I could eat more... I am never fully satisfied, constantly hungry :(
