Same Weight but I had a banana kinda over the carb limit but at least I didn't gain also ate 3 Atkins bars and tried my first Atkins meal I went shopping and wow I'm officially a size 10 in jeans 🤗🙌
154.7 lb Lost so far: 8.3 lb.    Still to go: 4.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
