Well I went up on scale just a tad I really thought I'd be down I'm really noticing the weight loss in stomach , i can now fit in my size 10 and I have no butt it's disappeared 😂 I had 25 carbs yesterday and about 1200 calories I did eat some sunflower butter mixed with no sugar chocolate close to bedtime I usually just eat sugar free jello with whip cream I'll try not to eat before bed like that again
154.7 lb Lost so far: 8.3 lb.    Still to go: 4.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your calorie intake is inconsistent. If your body needs 1400 calories to sustain itself (just staying alive), on the days when you eat less it goes into stress, you do lose weight in short time but on days when you eat more your body will try to gain it all back as soon as possible! Because of that high calorie deficit it experienced earlier. Do not eat less then your body needs to sustain itself if you want steady and lasting results.
