Finally a drop back down to 70.2 kg, 400g overnight. Some of the stress has lifted although still a lot happening in my life. And I know stress definitely affects my metabolism and my weight. Although if it's just stress it does drop down quickly once I get my stress levels under control. Deal with the issues. And do things to reduce the stress like walking, drive thru countryside, watch Kath and Kim on tv, gardening, etc etc, whatever works for you. It would be better if I could go for a walk though the bush or further than just around the house, but I know soon that will come. The doctor is happy with the ankle so far. Just be patient I say. I'm trying to be. Anyway, so now back to 200 g off my next goal of 70 kg. Onwards and downwards. 😃
154.8 lb Lost so far: 56.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
