Down 4 lbs 1st week. Day 2 of 10 day fast
245.2 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you! Just make sure you are controlling your health, fasting sometimes can be harmful, too. Listen to your body and be careful 😊

will do. I have done longer fasts in the past with great results spiritually and physically. But seem to lose the discipline afterwards.
