went to the track today. got in 4 combined laps of walking and jogging! jogged 5 100yd straits. felt great for the first time. goal is 8 on the next visit. need some knee supports. got in at least 100 reps on the jump rope too.
325.6 lb Lost so far: 70.4 lb.    Still to go: 75.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
