Did zumba last nite, ltl sore this mornn, more tired cuz I didnt sleep very well, nd to mk sure I drink more water on those days so I stay hydrated. Gna mk dinner b4 so I dont eat so late. Shld see a drop tmrrw.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
