A 100g upward adjustment again but I'm not concerned. It will drop. Had lunch out yesterday. Chicken schnitzel with chips and salad. I decided I wanted the chips. So I knew there would be an effect. But then I didn't eat dinner. It was a very late lunch anyway. Sometimes it's not so much about breaking your eating plan, than living and enjoying life, but not too often. You never know what life will dish you up. I have a very sick friend. Heart lungs and kidneys closing down. It puts your life in perspective. Onwards and downwards. ❤️
155.2 lb Lost so far: 55.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
