Trying to get back on track. Its so easy to let things slide a bit during winter. But winter is the best time to get fit, don't leave it until October when beach time is just around the corner.
158.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
