Ok this is another plateau. No sweat. I will jiggle the calories, a low day and then another up around 1200 cals until I starts moving again. All good. Still good food going in. Onwards and downwards. ❤️
155.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 0.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
