So glad to see the scale go down again this morning. I was worried when it was stuck on the same number for 3 days, but it finally went down, yay! Determined to work out every day this week. Kids are on Spring Break, so I'll get them to go walk with me so they turn into couch potatoes. Christopher is doing great on his weightloss and has lost 11 lbs since we started and already looks amazing. So, it's been a great week 1 of this challenge and first month of my weightloss overall. Hope to keep up this trend and get it off for the summer and keep it off!
228.6 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
