Winter has been hard on me, as I have a lot of health problems and am on oxygen 24/7. This limits what I can do with breathing difficulties, also am very near to Dialysis for Kidney failure. plus other problems. My movement has been hindered by Arthritis , and complications from a crushed leg and nerve damage called Reflex Sympathetic Distrophy many years ago. I do look foward to the springtime we are enjoying and plan to be more active as weather improves.
