Today is really day 4 of working out at Anytime Fitness. My weight was 157.8 on Friday March 23 today im 156.6 So just a reminder to myself i've been in this cast for over 8 weeks now (broken wrist) Taking baby steps...
156.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
