Good week. Didn't get to list activity or food every day, but
mostly followed pretty well. Kept calories down, and hit the
basketball court a good amount. Carbs down as well.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.7 lb a week
