i have got to take control and lose weight.
200.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1844 kcal Fat: 55.09g | Prot: 103.46g | Carb: 250.44g.   Breakfast: Strawberries, Blueberries, Instant Oatmeal - Maple and Brown Sugar, Almonds. Lunch: Natural Super Chunk Peanut Butter, 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner: Ice Cream Cone, Corn Tortilla, Cooked Carrots, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Very Cherry Mixed Fruit in Light Fruit Juice Syrup, Cottage Cheese (Nonfat), Broccoli Flower Clusters, Cucumber (Peeled), Grape Tomatoes, Roasted & Salted Pistachios, Bananas, Honey Whole Wheat Bagel. more...
