Wasn't as good with the diet the past couple of days, but went for a long walk yesterday: 7.5 miles.
Didn't lose weight this week. Very disapointing compared to last week.

Still 2 weeks to go before hols. Still hope to do better.
151.7 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
