I am continuing to follow the keto diet which I started the 1st of July. My fasting blood sugar has gone from 358 to 154 now. I have lost 7-12 inches off my body without much exercise. I feel very full after eating. My blood pressure has gone down from a high of 159/95 to around 121/72 now. I have lost 10 pounds. I will be adding a 30 minute walk on the 1st and will do this daily.
