I'm back, baby!!!! I'm feeling really good and positive and back on my game. I have 4 weeks left of my Gold's 12 Week Challenge and I'm really trying to finish strong. Since I started the challenge I've lost 17lbs!!!!

I do foresee a bit of a bump in the road for a week from now, I'm going away and I worry about losing my rhythm or worse, going backwards. The cool thing is that I know that I'm going away and I can (hopefully) plan for it. I can continue my C25K program while I'm away. I can also either work out in the hotel or get a pass to use a local gym. The issue would be actually doing it!

My other concern is eating out. I'm not the best with this yet. I'm certainly better than I was but I have a ways to go. Maybe I can research restaurants in the area and look at their menus online now to start thinking about what I can order so I make the best choices possible.

Maybe that's the key to everything, plan as best as you can and try to make the best choices that you can. The last thing would be don't beat yourself up too much if you make the wrong choices and to remember that tomorrow you get to start all over again! I may have to reread this particular post when I return from vacation so that I don't get too negative as I often tend to do.
257.2 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 87.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
