Reggaetron's Journal, 24 March 2012

So I'm digging this whole Eat Stop Eat routine even more so then I was with the Slow Carb diet. I can eat whatever I want, I can be flexible with my fasting periods and start or stop a fast when I feel like it. It's pretty cool. Yesterday, I ate some delicious chocolate chip cookies and fasted for the rest of the day and stayed under my maintanence calories for the day. And, I'm at the 19th hour of my fast while writing this and I am honestly not hungry. Wierd.

194.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
