Another 500 g drop but there will be an adjustment at some stage. All food within 1200 calories give or take. Pretty stoked. 100g off having lost 31 kg since Sept 2016 and approx 24 kg since start of year. Slow and steady. Ups and downs. Just stick to it. You're worth it. ❤️
158.3 lb Lost so far: 52.7 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
