We went out last night to Tradicao Brazilian Steakhouse
http://tradicaosteakhouse.com/ for our anniversary and we indulged in all the meats! The good thing is we didnt have many carbs as we were too busy getting served all kinds of meat! We didnt leave room for dessert either so that's good. I knew I would gain weight...but i'm ok with that...... for now.



wow fatsecret just told me off LOL that's good I like it! Think i'm gonna record my weight daily or at least evey other day just to keep track of it and what i eat.
At the moment things are hard at work with all the testing coming up and my department is getting all these treats ready for our teachers and the bag of "fun size" chocolates keeps looking at me. Think i've had one or two everyday this week....grrrr

Gonna hit the gym today and have a healthy fish dinner...let's see what the scale says tomorrow!
177.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
