Ate a late dinner, & did some weight lifting, I think that is why I didnt drop more thn 1 lbs, but if I can stay solid I will b successful.
184.4 lb Lost so far: 63.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
